These birds are migratory songbirds belonging to the thrush family. They are common sights on lawns across North America. Robins are popular birds for their warm orange breast, cheery song and early appearance at the end of winter.They eat a lot of fruits in the fall and winter and apparently become intoxicated when they eat honeysuckle berries exclusively.
